We have been producing quality built agitators since 1984, and our experience has helped us to build a durable, efficient machine.

Agitators can be ordered in sizes from 35’ up to 50’ in length. Each agitator uses a large diameter slow speed propeller constructed of Hardox 500 steel plate. Each balanced for years of vibration free service.

All bearings are grease lubed from 1 grease band at the front of the agitator. A Heavy Duty ball bearing at front, nylon sleeve bushings in the stem, and a bronze sleeve bearing at the back provide ample shaft support.

Our electric motor drive prop agitators have been installed at many dairies where maximum agitation using minimal horsepower is a concern.

Square tube stems with internal grease lubed bearing for long life and trouble free service. our large diameter slow speed propellers, constructed from “Hardox 500” steel plate, are balanced for years of smooth running use. Total enclosed fan cooled motors with oversize V-belt drives will stand up to years of use in the toughest of conditions.

14′ – 24′ base plate mount for underground tanks to 15′ depth
20′ – 30′ long stem units accommodate above ground tanks or lagoons.

Vertical models for separator reception tanks.

Electric & PTO Drive

Available with 5 HP through 30 HP electric drive or tractor PTO model.
